Professional equality at Eureden in 2024

Each year, the Eureden Group calculates its professional equality index for all its entities with more than 50 employees.

The professional equality index

The professional equality index is calculated each year in accordance with the rules of the Avenir Professionnel law. It is a practical tool for advancing gender equality within companies.
This overall score is assessed out of 100 points on the basis of 5 criteria:
1- The gender pay gap,
2- The gender pay gap
3- Gap in the distribution of promotions (for companies with more than 250 employees),
4- The number of female employees who receive a pay rise when they return from maternity leave,
5- Parity among the 10 highest earners.

Non-calculable indicators

Some indicators may not be calculable if the analysis groups are not sufficiently representative. In this case, the overall score obtained will relate only to the indicators that can be calculated, and may be transposed out of 100. However, when the maximum number of points that can be obtained is less than 75, the overall score is deemed not to be calculable.

Feminisation of management bodies

The ‘Rixain’ law, aimed at speeding up economic and professional equality, has extended the objective of balanced representation between women and men to management bodies by setting new obligations for companies with at least 1,000 employees. The management bodies of the Eureden Agriculture UES are represented by 16.67% women and 83.33% men.
