Established in 2015 and acquired in 2019 by Eureden, La Fraîcherie has developed an innovative concept in the fresh cut sector. Through our products, we want to help as many people as possible enjoy a healthy, plant-based diet. And there’s no need to worry about washing, peeling or cutting: our fruit and vegetables are ready to eat! Our daily mission: to offer delicious recipes accessible to all.
La Fraîcherie offers vegetarian salads/bowls, trays, fruit salads and ready-to-cook solutions. A unique and tasty experience to tickle your taste buds. At La Fraîcherie, you will find fresh, healthy products to enjoy at every stage of your meal, from starters to desserts. Our concept features quick and easy original recipes that will change the day-to-day life of our customers.
Our 27 corners can be found in the fruit and vegetable aisles of our partners Auchan, Leclerc and Casino. Our many preservative-free recipes are prepared on-site to ensure freshness and taste.
Our fruit and vegetables are selected for their ripeness and taste. We work actively with our various suppliers, greengrocers and wholesalers in order to guarantee the best varieties both in terms of taste quality and growing approach.
Environmental issues are at the heart of our concerns, which is why we use local, seasonal and minimally processed products as far as possible. With this approach, we are promoting a more plant-based diet and a more sustainable agricultural system. All of our products are packaged in 100% recyclable packaging made from an increasing amount of recycled material. To fulfil our commitment to our beautiful planet, we are actively working to reduce the amount of plastic we use each year by incorporating materials such as cardboard.
