The general assemblies of the Triskalia and Cecab cooperatives, held on Friday, December 11th, have definitely voted unanimously to merge the Triskalia and Cecab cooperatives. The Eureden cooperative will therefore be officially launched on January 1, 2021 as planned.
Due to the health context, these meetings were held simultaneously on 3 sites (Lorient, St-Brieuc and Landerneau).
In spite of this, the emotion was palpable, because it is the concretization of a project of rapprochement announced three years ago and effective in the form of union since January 1st, 2020.
